The docs are built first at about 02:00 CDT. The RPMs and DEBs are built
afterwards in no particular order.

I have upgraded the build machine to Fedora 17 and the Virtual Machine
Manager now seems to be stable. I have enabled the nightly builds
for a
few RPM-based operating systems to see how things progress. I will
enabled the deb-based operating systems over the next few days as
I also
have to upgrade the versions on some of these.
I will also add some new VMs as soon as I have time.
Hopefully this will all go smoothly.
