Rick - I figured out the root cause why the "nmake nsis_template_installer" command is not running. During the CMake configuration cmake can not find the NSIS binary (makensis). I have tried everything I can think of to get cmake to recognize my NSIS installation, but no joy. Here are just some of the things I have tried:
