That's for sure on my eternal wish list.
We might add an additional `CreateInterpreter()` option and offer it via `
rexx.exe` option `--novalue-error` to the user. I guess it could "simply"
change the interpreter default (exactly how, is to be determined) and it
should probably still be possible to override it in the code with an `::options
novalue condition`
