Glad to hear that version 2 is now working OK for you. In regard to the
problem you reported with the rexxextensions book, I cannot reproduce
it. When I run doc2html on it I get 57 files created, including
index.html. Navigation through the book seems to be OK. If the problem
persists for you, we can look at perhaps turning on the messages from
xsltproc to see why it doesn't complete. (I have them turned off as you
get a message for every HTML file produced - 57 for a small book like
rexxextensions, could be hundreds for something like rexxref.)

@Gil: There is nothing wrong with your PDF tools in version 2 (besides
the non-creation of the PDF dir); When I merged the delta to my old
toolset I had a SVN folder with damaged files (from my testing), hence
my problems.
When I now run your tools in the „clean“ V2 toolset everything works
as a charm again. You do not need to do anything more on that, except
that winextensions create a large number of error messages (but builds
at the end nevertheless).
I am building all the html documents now, should be finished in half
an hour or so. I have zipped every folder for easier moving, this is
also how the publican build was done in prehistoric times.
If anyone else wants to have a look here is the new link to the
documentation, wait 30 mins there should be 18 book in each folder.

I will go over them and see if I can find anything that will help you
spot any problems. The problem Rony reported that index.html is
missing is true also for rexxextensions.
