I do not think this is possible on any operating system, in view of the
security risks. On MacOS I see no way of getting away with this, somewhere
along the way you will need to negotiate with the GateKeeper. Or you could run
a Rexx script that wipes the entire system disk, piping all the warnings to a
file.
