Hi Erich, thanks for letting me know. I will keep it running. It is very small 
so no problem to keep.

FYI I have now upgraded my Mac where the VMs run from Catalina (macOS 10.15) to 
Sonoma (macOS 14.5). Also Virtualbox was upgraded to the latest version. All 
went well and everything works except a scanner that stopped scanning pdfs. I 
will move to Sequoia (macOS 15) once it is stable.

Contrary to my expectations I could not make VMs of Ventura (macOS 13) or 
Sonoma (macOS 14) so I am building macOS on native Sonoma, we now have one 
macOS dmg installer for Intel (x86_64) and one for M1 Mac for the latest macOS 
and, ofcourse, the universal zip installer.
