"net-oo-rexx" is a zip archive that you can carry around on an USB stick, unzip, run "setup" and then use ooRexx with powerful packages and NetRexx on that computer without a need to install ooRexx or NetRexx systemwide! (Hint: NetRexx and the BSF4ooRexx package for ooRexx need Java installed to function.)

The "net-oo-rexx" package comes in three versions: for 64-bit Windows, for Intel and ARM ("universal") MacOS, and for 64-bit Linux.

*Important*: before unzipping, please follow the instructions to de-quarantine the zip-archives on Windows and MacOS.

Here the link to the the "symposium edition" (it includes the ooRexx 5.1.0 release to be officially announced yet and the NetRexx 5.01 release):

It is called "symposium edition" because this version of net-oo-rexx will enable you to immediately check out what gets introduced and explained at this year's International Rexx Symposium which will start with tutorials on Sunday, May 4th, 2025, at 13:15 CEST.

If interested you can join the symposium in person (if being close enough to
Vienna) or via Zoom.

 * The symposium's registration page:

 * The symposium's schedule:

Have fun with "net-oo-rexx" and the symposium!
