As CMake 4.x has removed support of CMake versions older than 3.5 (section "Deprecated or Removed
Features" in <https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/release/4.0.html>) so currently, it cannot be
used because of the Windows restriction mentioned in bug # 2017 (see link above) as long as this
issue does not get resolved.
Oops, fell victim to the numbering assuming that 3.5 was larger than 3.14 or 3.15. In effect 3.5
dates from 2016-04-15, 3.14 from 2019-10-02, and 3.15 from 2020-02-04.
So the conclusion is wrong that one could not upgrade the ooRexx project to 4.x, making sure that
the maximum version for Windows is set to 3.14.
