Thank you all for your help.

I deleted all my SVNs, uninstalled and reinstalled Tortoise (which was an
interesting experience in itself) and now using the HTTPS url proposed by
Rick I have a working copy of the docs that I can commit against.

I have committed patch 325_7.1.

Now I should update the tracker.  Do I change the status to 'Pending'?
