Other possibility : keep the syntax diagram as-is, and add a comma on the
main line, above each optional argument (except the first one, which is a
special case here, and the last one).
This is not yet the right description, because commas are declared
mandatory, but the syntax is correct, and the update is more easy.

A more accurate description would be similar to that :

but this is much more work to update. And more exposed to page break in
the middle...
