For anyone interested, I've put a new ooDialog 4.2.3 build on SourceForge:

This is essentially the 4.2.3 beta and I would appreciate any testing
people can do.
The source code is feature complete. Much of the new feature documentation
is done, but not all of it. The lack of the complete documentation is the
only thing holding this back from being called a beta.
