How would I go about having something like a Listbox with a header
area? I am wanting the "header" portion to stay visible when the box
is vertically scrolled, and to move right/left when the box is scrolled
horizontally. Optionally, I would also like for the "header" to be
either in a font different from the rest of the box, or maybe just
underlined. Would I use a ListView with a ListBox as a Grandchild
Parent setup, using the ListBox for the "header" area? Suggestions,
but you need not develop a new example for this right now :-)
