When I install ooRexx on my x86_64 OpenSuSE the install hangs until I
press
^C; at which time I get a warning about a failed scriptlet:

It seems to have something to do with starting rxapi or rxapid.
(This is not a new issue, it has been happening for the last several
releases
of both ooRexx and OpenSuSE; however, it does not seem to impair the install
operation, so I have been ignoring it.)
