Hello Mark again thank you for your reply and help,

I can understand your perspective and apologize for my short coming in not
remembering my earlier discussion about RXAPI.

I was remiss in mentioning between the time I reported the earlier upgrade
issue with RXAPI (with 4.1.X) and installing the 4.2.0 release candidate, I
did a clean installation of "Windows 7 Ultimate x64" from the DVD.
Basically, what I'm saying is I:

   - Did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64
   - Installed ooRexx 4.1.3 (production) onto the clean version of Windows 7
   - Ran the Windows 4.2.0.9860 release installation letting it run the
   uninstall for 4.1.3
   - Ran the Windows 4.2.0.9892 release installation letting it run the
   uninstall for 4.2.0.9860
   - Manually uninstalled and installed the RXAPI service using the rxapi
   /u and /i flags.

Please accept my apology and reconsider the problem given this new
information. BTW, I guess I could try reproducing the problem by going
back to 4.1.3. Don't know, as I haven't tried it.

Take care and again thank you for all your support of the Rexx community.
:-)
