Is the inconsistent result just the one call test?  That's one that's not
really a concern.  Some of the tests check the elapsed time counter, but as
we've been discovering, the resolution of sleep and the system clock
sometimes results in a small enough difference to cause a false negative on
some of these tests. This has been becoming more frequent as processor
speeds have improved.  We've been trying to update these as they've been
encountered, but generally been ignoring these errors.
