In the sourceforge description about tickets I found the hint,
that with permission I may get a ticket for reporting bugs.
Question: how may I get permission.
Background: formerly Mark Miesfeld answered questions I sent to
this mailing list. Alas, apparently he does this no more. (BTW, I
hope he is well.) So it seems I have to head to the ticket system.
