        In mainframe Rexx, the commands are used to communicate with a Rexx 
program 
that does Not have trace active.  The whole idea is to be able to halt a 
normally running program or to turn tracing on or off as it runs.
        If the only way to use these in ooRexx is to invoke them from inside a 
Rexx 
program, they're of no use whatever.
