OOZIE-966 in branch 3.3

Mohammad,

As you are driving 3.3.0 release, would be possible to include
OOZIE-966 in it, this is just changing the avail TZs to OOZIE CLI and
Web UI.

Please let me know and I'll backport/update JIRA accordingly.
