The TestJavaActionExecutor.testLibFileArchives runs a job with a bunch of
archives/files added to the classpath/cache and then verifies that they were
actually added by checking how many archives/files are in the cache/classpath;
it would be better if it checked that the actual files/archives are added
instead.
