Right, you got me there. The video guy actualy split into 3 groups:
Those who like to have simple code, those who like to have a good
design and those who like to have speed.
These basically map to xine, vlc and MPlayer. Although the preferences
of every project are a little bit different, noone is afraid of
taking additional steps, if they can save processing time with it.
