[OPEN-ILS-DEV] cgi does not exisit

I am on step 14 of my new install on Debian Lenny. I attempted the 
following command:

chmod 755 /openils/var/cgi-bin/*.cgi

I got an error about a non-existent directory.

ls -l of /openils/var does not list a cgi-bin , so I ran through make 
and make install of OpenSRF 1.0.4 again. Still do not get a cgi-bin.


What might I have done wrong, or missed?
