I am sure we could create a working makefile for 32 bit rhel.  I am currently doing my testing on redhat 64 bit virtual machines.   After I get 64 bit all squared away, I'll fire off a 32 bit VM and get that working as well.

One question - I'm guessing this will therefore support only the x86_64
architecture, which rules out virtual images for the most part. Would it
