Hi,

Remove all empty MARC subfield, control fields, and variable data fields when
ingesting a bib record, where empty is defined as:

* a control field or subfield that contains nothing or only whitespace
* a variable data field that has no subfields

Note that while in principle an ISO2709 subfield could contain nothing but
whitespace, no known subfield defined in MARC21 or UNIMARC permits that.

Equinox will be at the 2010 Public Library Association
Conference in Portland, Oregon, March 23-27.
Please come by and see us in booth #1407!
