Hello everyone Today I installed a 2.0.6 version of Evergreen and everything went fine until I tried connecting with the staffclient. If I do a server test it responds with OK, also the certificate import works fine. When I try to log in as admin - however - I get a timeout:
[Tue Jun 07 17:20:41 2011] [info] [client 195.169.123.186] Request body read timeout This is all I can see in the apache logs, despite debug output (well there is more, but that is all routine stuff, no errors) The gateway.log tells me this: osrf_json_gw 2011-06-07 17:20:41 [INFO:22234:osrf_app_session.c:336:1307459918222340] Returning NULL from app_request_recv after timeout: open-ils.auth.authenticate.init ["admin"] osrf_json_gw 2011-06-07 17:20:41 [INFO:22234:./osrf_json_gateway.c:409:1307459918222340] Completed processing service=open-ils.auth, method=open-ils.auth.authenticate.init If I try logging in with the srfsh I have absolutely no problem. I can also observe, that requests for the HTTP search interface time out too, I can see the web interface appearing, but it keeps loading and no interaction is possible. I have attached the apache site configuration files ... they seem ok to me, but who knows. One (possibly interesting) detail: We are running the evergreen database on another machine than the ILS application. This database can be (and is) accessed via a 2.0.3 version of Evergreen. Is it possible that there might be a version concurrency problem? If so, why would it work if I use srfsh? Any pointers are appreciated Thank you in advance -- Daniel Kollmer Systeembeheer Internationaal Instituut Sociale Geschiedenis ------------------------------------------------------------ System Administration International Institute for Social History Email: [email protected] Tel: +31 20 8500 416 Fax: + 31 20 6654181
