I have no issues with it. I just wanted to add that Ben Shum and I have been working on making Pg 9.4 the defaults for new installs with Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr and Debian 7 Wheezy. This is based on work started by Chris Sharp. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1493824
In general, I don't think sites should be doing new installs with Trusty and Wheezy, but we still have issues with some lesser-used bits of Evergreen on Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus and Debian 8 Jessie. We also keep the latest two LTS releases of Ubuntu and the latest two releases of Debian available in the Makefiles. We should keep them up to date since they are there. For reference Debian 7 Wheezy has LTS from the Debian community until May 2018. Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr has LTS from Canonical and the community through April 2019. These dates coincide rather closely with the end of life dates for Postgres 9.4 and Evergreen releases 2.12 and 3.0. I am trying to make the preemptive case for keeping support for Wheezy and Trusty in mainline Evergreen through release 3.0 with PostgreSQL 9.4 as the baseline database. Cheers, Jason
