The Maine Balsam Library Consortium has teamed up with Maine Infonet to work on this project as well. The NDA is explicit about not releasing III proprietary information into the public domain, but there is a paragraph that speak to releases that occur with prior knowledge and authorization of the Disclosing party. My position on this is that by handing me the API with full knowledge that I am developing against an Open Source project, the Disclosing Party, is giving me that authorization in advance of any development work.
I have been working on a new feature proposal for 3.4 and was planning on sharing that with Jeff and Blake prior to engaging the larger community but now that we are on the list-serve, the more the merrier!
