We have several libraries getting ready to migrate to Evergreen, and in preparation they have installed the 1.2.4.0 staff client so that the staff can get some experience working with the Evergreen demo server. Most of them have had no problem with it.
But at one library, when they enter the hostname "demo.gapines.org", they get the status message "There was an error testing this hostname." It happens on every computer in their facility. They can bring up the demo OPAC in a web browser, so it's not a DNS issue. I have suggested to them to be sure that ports 80 and 443 are open, and their IT guy has doublechecked. I have confirmed that they have 1.2.4.0 installed. Any suggestions?
