Question: is there any previous version 1.4.0.4 to this new version
1.4.0.6 upgrading How To ?
The available upgrading documentation covers 1.2.x to 1.4.0.6 -
which we presume takes a lot more steps than a .4 to .6 within the
1.4 family.

Release 1.4.0.6 adds 13 bug fixes and 8 new features to Evergreen,
