Hi Kate, welcome. :) Without development, I can think of one "quick & dirty" (TM) idea. Create a specific staff account (or accounts) for handling these circulations you'd like to track, and have staff use Admin -> Operator Change to quickly and temporarily log in with such an account. Then your report need only look circs handled by that staff user or users (perhaps basing the filter on a special Profile for such staff users rather than hard-coding in their barcodes or id's).
