[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Error when importing bib record

Good morning,

Ihe error message copied below was received when I tried importing a bib record 
for a DVD set Earth2. This is the third time I've encountered the error 
message, each time when trying to import a DVD bib record. Any suggestions as 
to what's triggering it and how I might work around it or fix it?
