In your /openils/var/web/opac/locale/en-US/lang.dtd you can change the line that says <!ENTITY staff.patron.bill_wizard.grocery.label "Grocery"> to say whatever you'd like. Just replace the "Grocery" part with another quoted string. (That's line 2966 in 2.0, by the way.)
