Hello, Patrick.
I haven't seen this particular error, I think. That said, I have found that
before spending too much time trying to troubleshoot an error, it's best to try
a few easy fixes, which could save a lot of time.
In no particular order:
* Restart Apache, opensrf.
* Re-run autogen.sh.
* Try creating a new profile for the staff client.
