We also use CASSIE and haven't had any issues with it. We haven't tried their wireless service yet (SPOT). Right now we don't allow direct wireless printing.
The price for CASSIE is very reasonable for a smaller or more cash-strapped library, and the interface is really simple for staff. The biggest issue that we have run into is if you are running Windows 7x64 public machines, the computer sharing the printers needs to run Windows 7 as well or printers wont install due to a lack of drivers and no way to manually specify drivers. It should have print management software too and we would prefer it to run with Windows PCs.
