Wise ones, This is our first attempt to import batches of records using the MARC Batch Import/Export function. We can get it to create and overlay copy records on import, but only when there is a populated barcode subfield defined. We want the system to generate a temporary barcode on import instead of requiring one to already be present. Is there a setting that we need to change somewhere?
