Hi Howard, Try restarting everything. Shutdown EG and OpenSRF, stop apache, then look for processes that are lying around.
ps aux | grep opensrf Kill anything that is OpenSRF related. Then restart OpenSRF/EG and finally restart apache. Let me know if you get any errors.
