I was wondering if anyone has hooked up card readers at the desk to use with payments. One of my staff had a discussion with a library in a different consortium using a different ILS and was told that it was not PCI compliant to use a swipe in a keyboard or for circulation staff to handle a credit card. I am wondering if:
1. Anyone is using a card swipe with Evergreen (and if so what is the model) 2. If you are aware of any compliance issues with having staff handle credit cards over the desk.
