Hi Jennifer,

I would also make sure your custom, non-default templates (if you’re using 
them) have the included *.xml files in the /openils/var/templates_custom/marc 
directory and that there aren’t any typos in the XML files and the filenames.

My first check would be to make sure the files are actually there and don’t 
have mangled names, then move on to further troubleshooting.

For additional templates, Jason Stephenson generously made some of MVLC’s 
templates available
