Hello Garry, thanks for this info. I received a sample of the 1x1.5 labels from Computype and they worked perfectly, not shadowing on the bottom 1/3rd of the labels anymore. So the problem was because of the zebra brand label stock. We will be ordering more from them.

I’m just wondering if this is normal for this model… and if we should be looking at getting a different model printer? We are using 5319 wax ribbon and Zebra labels Z-Select 4000T 2.25x1.25.
