Good morning! Our library functioned for years (and years and years) with no organized, intentional training program for new circulation staff. We now have a training program and it is making a huge difference in the effectiveness and comfort level of new staff.
On Wednesday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m. at the Evergreen International Conference, I will share our training module with YOU and give you information about where to find the ILS portion of our training materials online.
