Hi,

I think many of our libraries receive their lineitems from the invoice, which also allows you to receive many at one.

Also, when adding items to the invoice from the Search tab, if you select the building the results list progressively box and search by LIA - ISBN, you should be able to scan a bunch of ISBN's as you described in your workflow to add those lineitems to the invoice. I don't know if anyone actually does this, but it was a workflow we had in mind when that Invoice Search tab was built.

Hi Millissa,

I usually tend to receive from within the purchase order itself, and at the line item level if possible. That way I can receive many at once.

I was hoping this might have been fixed in 3.0 but it doesn’t look
    like.

How do others batch receive items in Evergreen? This is the bug
for the way we are currently doing it.#1607922  We are limited to
receiving no more than 15 items at a time.

Our current workflow is to scan the ISBN’s in batches of 15. We
then load them into the Acquisitions/General Search. We can then
select them all and Mark Selected Items as Received. If we load
more than 15 the second page of ISBN’s won’t allow us to Mark
    Selected Items as Received.

Just thought I would see if there is a better way.
