Hi Easter,
When we upgraded to release 3.0.8 all our deleted records now show in the
staff client. I call them the zombie records. There is a bug report on
this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1773832.  In our case,
deleting a record does not make it go away. It is still searchable and
still links to our Novelist content and to our B&T cover images.
