Just a a quick follow up from what Andrea said, if your assignment is specifically to talk to a vendor (which it sounds like) look carefully at that page and you may want to talk to some community members about vendors first to make sure you good a good representative one. Even better I'd recommend talking to multiple. Unlike a proprietary ILS vendors for Evergreen don't offer a uniform slate of services. One may only offer development while another may offer hosting and another may offer those and training and migration services.
