Hi,

We have been trying to figure out what is wrong with the reporter interface in 3.3.1 (using a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and a concerto database), yet when one is logged in as admin, there still does not seem to be any option to create a new folder for report templates (as can be seen in the attached file). It has been tested both in Chrome and Firefox.

When the same interface is loaded in 3.3.0 (https://bugsquash.missourievergreen.org/eg/staff/ has been used for this purpose), it is possible to create a subfolder after clicking on Templates.

So the question is - has anyone tried 3.3.1 and tried to create a report template folder? Or does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? (We use the concerto database without localization at this moment. Also, we keep reloading the interface and clearing the browser cache.)

Thank you in advance for any ideas!

Linda

Hi,

thanks a lot for the hint. The fm_IDL.xml files seem to be the right track: Both files are really different - however, I don't' think the differences are related to localization (in a fact, I don't see any signs of localization).

    Hi, all!

I want to make a correction to Jason's comments below.  If you're
    using
a localization other than English, then the reporter's copy of
fm_IDL.xml will not be identical to the main one in /openils/conf.  It
should be localized to your language.

The autogen.sh script is supposed to take care of this.
