We use Google Hangouts, if you're Google users. It's really easy to
screenshare if necessary--I use it all the time for troubleshooting--even
if the user on the other end doesn't also use Google. And I also like the
chat feature, which can show up either in your Gmail window or you can also
run it in a separate tab (https://hangouts.google.com/).
