Hello, I believe I've heard of libraries sending out HTML formatted email notices (Hold pickup, Overdue, Courtesy, etc..). Could someone share one of their action_trigger templates with me to help me get started please. Are you sending out a text version and an html version of the message in the same email? Or is that not necessary anymore?
