Recently we were looking into the possibility of retiring 1.0.x to lower the maintenance cost of OpenSCAP. OpenSCAP 1.2.x has been certified and the only users of the 1.0.x branch are old enterprise distros that are EOL now. As far as we know everybody else moved to OpenSCAP 1.2.x.
Please let us know if you rely on OpenSCAP 1.0.x as soon as possible.
