Builds business process models, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. Gathers requirements for systems and applications, develops business requirements and technical specifications. Facilitates workshops. Develops business strategies and performs business processes reorganization. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Capable of performing effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised. Communicates effectively with team members and management. May require specialized pharmaceutical industry experience. Responsibilities: Position Purpose: To ensure the adequacy of the internal control structure for the Pfizer Global Research and Development division, as well as provide advice to the division on technical accounting and control issues. Organizational Relationships: · Reports to the Divisional Controller · Key Relationships – Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS), PGRD Finance, Corporate Controllers, Corporate Internal Audit, and Corporate Tax.
