Day-to-day Activities will include enhancing the overall quality of the system by participating in the design of the existing and new modules, and to improve the overall software engineering practice. * Must have outstanding experience of software development practices. Professional systems analysis, functional design, and documentation skills are necessary. Well versed in Oracle technology and related tools is of the utmost importance. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL is mandatory. Prior knowledge of financial industry and investment processes is essential. Experience in the areas of object oriented analysis, modeling, and UML are desirable. *Daily Activities:* * Interact with the Reporting team to review and improve the application modules and development process. Work with the data mart architects and designers to develop/enhance code written in PL/SQL and Perl.
