Description: Position - Java Swing developer
Location - Houston, TX - need only locals.
Duration - 6 months
Rate - $55/hr on c2c
**Note: This position is 100% front end, SWING, development.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
experience.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Recent expertise in Java Swing
- Enthusiasm for writing solid code.
- Experience refactoring an application
- Experience utilizing JavaScript and AJAX.
- Knowledge of common software design patterns and best practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position:
- Hands-on involvement in every phase of development: design, code, test
and document software.
- Technical design and contributions to system architectures.
- Organize requirements into development tasks.
- Refine existing designs and implementations.
