Also the understanding of servers, PCs, networks, operating systems, general applications, computer operations, and systems administration. * * *Role Description*: The support and development of eCommerce web sites. The individual will be responsible for the eCommerce web environments with some Infrastructure support in the areas including staging, testing, and implementation. The position will lead the investigation and recommendation of best practices to maximize eCommerce efficiency, mapping of business processes and requirements utilizing technology solutions, provide expert level support to clients Direct, Retail, and Seeds of Change end users.
